Payment Options:

We gladly accept checks and money orders for mail order transactions. Online orders are limited to Visa and Master Card only. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders or process payments by phone or fax.

Shipping Limits:

We ship by USPS to anywhere in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. If you are ordering from anywhere else, please call to arrange shipping. Shipment type will be determined on an individual order basis; varied by product weights and destination zip codes.

Customer Guarantee:

All parts have been pretested and include a One Year Warranty (excluding 15 Watt & 25 Watt High Voltage bulbs).

Return Policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
